Title:  And All The Clouds
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not and never will own Torchwood or the characters within.
Rating: PG13
Characters:  Ianto Jones, Jack Harkness, Lisa Hallett

Note: Written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 24. Prompts used are an image(included in the fic),  the words ‘false, evening, pride, salt, witness ' and a quote from  Queen Margaret’s monologue in Act IV Scene 4 of Shakespeare’s Richard III . I used ‘A hellhound that doth hunt us all to death’.
This is the fourth in my ‘verse where Ianto has saved Lisa which began in The Season Between and continued in The First Day of Spring and then With The Rain

Author’s Note:  I also took the fic title from the same play’s opening lines… and now on to the Advent challenge for which i feel rather freaked out about as i realise i could end up actually having to write a fic each day to make it through if i don't start writing now and get ahead of the dates ...

Summary: At the end of the day Ianto Jones is alone.

Title: The Gorgon's Mask
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not and never will own Torchwood or the characters within.
Rating: PG13
Characters:  Ianto Jones

Note: Written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 23: Supernatural. Prompts used are 'prismatic, broadside, vermillion, jig' and the phrase "The leaves on the trees were fiery shades of reds and orange.' "

Author’s Note: I've gone through at least four different versions of this and its still doesn't seem quite complete, but that basically means i have plenty to use for further fics in this 'verse.

Summary: Ianto Jones worked with aliens by day and the supernatural by night.

Title: Doctor Doolittle
Author: silkendreammaid

Rating: G
Disclaimer: I do not own, nor ever will, Torchwood or the characters within.

Note: This is the Redisourcolour Challenge 21: Job. The word prompts used are ‘icing, expedite, mossy’ and the phrase ‘Animal, mineral or vegetable?’

Author’s Note: I’ve been fiddling with this idea for Ianto where he's more than just a junior archivist and I’m looking at future prompts to investigate it further.  And yes, stupid title is stupid like me…

Summary:  Ianto looks after Torchwood Three’s newest beastie.

Title: In Concert
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not and never will own Torchwood or the characters within.
Rating: PG13
Characters:  Ianto Jones, Jack Harkness

Note: Set after the events of “Greeks Bearing Gifts” and written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 19: Celebration. Prompts to be used are ‘portmanteau, dense, ravel’ and the phrase "I'm so hungry I could eat an elephant!" Part of my sirenIanto ’verse. Fourth in the series after Siren,  Recital and Counterpoint

Author’s Note: I am surrounded by boxes and my internets won’t be back until next Wednesday-ish. I thought I’d be able to get a fair bit of writing done without having so many online distractions but the boxes keep insisting on being unpacked.

Summary: Ianto Jones finds something out about the Captain and Owen tries to find out more about Sirens.

Title: The Providence Patient
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not and never will own Torchwood or the characters within.
Characters/Pairing: Ianto Jones, Jack Harkness
Rating: PG13

Note: Written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 18: Medicine. Prompts to be used were “creamy, babbling, tightwad” and the phrase "Well then, how about you try it, and see how it goes?"

Author’s Note: I totally fail at title and summary for this one. I’m just pleased to have actually managed to finish it as life has been hectic and interesting  in the Chinese proverb/curse kind of way.
On the good side tho' i saw GDL and James Marsters at Supanova on the weekend and they were brilliant. Really really enjoyed myself immensely.

Summary: Ianto Jones has known about Providence Park all his life.

Title:  With The Rain
Author:  silkendreammaid

Rating: G
Disclaimer: I do not and never will, own Torchwood or the characters within.
Warnings: None

Characters: Ianto/Lisa, Jack
Notes: Written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 17: Weather. The prompts were dowdy, chocolate wrapper, vituperate and the phrase that night, (insert name here) drank the last of the (drink of choice) him/her/itself.
This is the third fic set in my Au where Ianto has succeeded in saving Lisa which began in The Season Between and continued in The First Day of Spring.

Author’s Notes: It’s been a tough week with mum passing away and the funeral and all, and I should be doing so many other things but I need to time-out in a completely different place for awhile. So I wrote this.

Summary: AU after Cyberwoman. After saving Lisa and leaving Cardiff, Ianto Jones has always known this day would come.

Disclaimer: I do not own and never will, Torchwood or the characters within
Warnings: yes, probably, but i don't know how to hide the words, so consider this a warning

Characters: Jack Harkness, Tenth Doctor

Notes: written for the redisourcolour challenge 16: Apocalypse. Prompts are "nonplus, mucilaginous, table-lamp" and the phrase "What we need, is a (insert item of choice here)."  There's a more fuller note at the end of the fic.

Author's Notes: Written at work as i've got to pack and fly out tomorrow. Mum's not going to be here next week so i need to get there to say good-bye. Which has probably affected this fic more than i planned...

Summary: Jack has been left in the dark for a long time.

Title: In The Tower
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not and never will own Torchwood, Doctor Who or the characters within
Rating: PG13
Warnings: None

Characters: Ianto Jones, Tenth Doctor

Notes: Takes place at the end of Doctor Who episode ‘Doomsday’. Time twisted sequel to In The Kitchen.
Written for the redisourcolour Challenge 15: Doctor Who Crossover. Prompts are ‘dogma, incommodious, waltzing and any Shakespeare quote (one sentence only).  Quote used 'Things without all remedy should be without regard. What’s done is done.' Macbeth Act 3, scene 2, 12.

Author's Notes: I wasn't going to manage one this challenge but family dramas meant i got a sleepless night so it's rushed, feels a bit rough and quick and i'm finishing this at work, but its done.

Summary: As the Doctor leaves the Tower he bumps into Ianto Jones.

Title: In The Kitchen
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not own, nor ever will, Torchwood, Doctor Who or the characters within.
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Characters: Ianto Jones, Tenth Doctor

Note: Takes place pre-season 1 for Torchwood and during ep1 Rose for Doctor Who.
Written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 14: Kitchen. The prompts were Condign, shower gel, expel and the phrase “Look. A map of Cardiff. Isn’t it brilliant?”

Author’s Note: I don’t know why the muse wanted a Doctor in this one too … and I’ve been thinking of getting a beta if the Doctors keep coming because I do worry that I can’t write them…(and one who can also do titles... and summaries)

Summary:  Ianto meets the Doctor. Neither of them are impressed.

Title: In The Cards
Author: silkendreammaid

Disclaimer: I do not own, nor ever will, Torchwood, Doctor Who or the characters within.
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Characters: Ianto Jones, the Eighth Doctor

Note: Takes place pre-season 1. Written for the Redisourcolour Challenge 13: Fate/Destiny. The prompts were Doff, dexterous, escalator with the phrase “If you look closely, you’ll be able to see a pattern.”

Author’s Note: I’m really not sure about this one but its been bugging at me since last night. I’ve never tried writing any of the Doctors before. It's very short and feels unfinished but adding more seems wrong too… and I fail at titles…

Summary: Ianto Jones knew how to count cards.

Title: First Day of Spring
Rating: G
Characters/pairings: Ianto/Lisa, Jack

Summary:  AU after Cyberwoman.  It’s the first day of Spring and Ianto watches Lisa.

Disclaimer: I do not own Torchwood or the characters within.
Warnings: None

Notes: Written for the  redisourcolour Challenge 12. The prompts were Spring, truncate, demonstrable, earth and the phrase “It was a week before (s)he could walk normally again."

Author's Notes: This is in the same world as 'The Season Between.' Could be seen as a sequel. :)

Title: Flights of Fancy
Author: silkendreammaid

Rating: PG13
Disclaimer: I do not own, nor ever will, Torchwood or the characters within.

Note: Written for the Redisourcolor Challenge 11. The prompt was Costumes with the words Tissue paper, flying and silvery and the phrase “Argh, somebody get this thing off me!”

Author’s Note: These prompts came up and dovetailed so perfectly with something I had already planned for Ianto that I just had to write it now… so, this is part of my Torchwood Canary series. Takes place after the third episode (which I have started but not quite finished - and  still seeking a title) …

Summary: Ianto Jones has been at Cardiff for three months and the Captain has found something else for him to do.

silkendreammaid: (Default)

Title: The Season Between
Rating: G
Characters/pairings: Ianto/Lisa, Jack
Summary: AU after Cyberwoman. What if Ianto had succeeded.

Disclaimer: I do not own Torchwood or the characters within.

Notes: Not sure how well this works but the muse wanted it this way... (And i know, i am so bad at titles)

Written for the redisourcolour challenge... prompts Flowers, Wipe, route, clear and the phrase “Thank you so much”
