This was wonderful. I like how the team all look after one another, with Owen checking in on the girls and Jack taking care of Ianto, even though he doesn't want him to, or at least doesn't want to admit it.
It's so easy to forget that Ianto isn't human and things affect him differently than everyone else. It's hard to imagine how terrifying it must have been for him being gagged and helpless. I'm glad Jack is going to teach him other ways to defend himself so he won't be so vulnerable in the future.
